Can I cancel or return my order?

Orders can only be cancelled within 4 hours of placing them, or before dispatch — whichever is earlier. Beyond that, we don't accept returns or cancellations, except for damaged or defective items. In that case, please share an unboxing video (recorded before opening the parcel) so we can verify and arrange a replacement.
